We believe in highlighting the natural beauty of flowers and, as a result, we use all natural methods of preserving flowers and do not use toxic chemicals or artificial dyes. Like anything that has lived, flowers are delicate and they will change and fade over time, even after being sealed in resin or finished in a frame. White blooms are more prone to browning so we recommend the inclusion of greenery with all-white bouquets. Different flowers brown differently over time; some turn to an off-white with yellowish hues and some develop light brown hues.
Please note that flowers can change during the drying process (red roses turn to a dark magenta and white dahlias turn to a yellowish-white, for example), so don’t be surprised if your pressed bouquet artworks don’t match the color of your fresh bouquet flowers exactly.
It’s important that we get the flowers ASAP (ESPECIALLY if you have an all white bouquet). If you aren’t local, we can accept your blooms shipped in the mail with overnight shipping. Contact us for instructions on how to ship and/or drop off.
